Allow 3 - 4 weeks (delivery time included) for your purchase to arrive, purchases are sent by Australia Post or courier. Purchases are couriered when the item is a framed F2 print (1080mm x 520mm) and larger, otherwise all other purchases are sent Australia Post. When an item is being couriered your delivery address must be a location where there is someone present 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, as couriers will not leave goods without a signed delivery docket. Once an item, that is being couriered, is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to establish a dispatch date, and then email you with the dispatch details.
Please note that Australia Post and couriers do not deliver on weekends. Australia Post will take around three days to get to you within Australia and about 10 days if sent overseas. Couriered items will take around 3 - 6 days depending on where in Australia and about 10 days for overseas.
All items despatched to our customers are insured. When an item is sent by couriered, despite our thorough protective packaging, we strongly suggest that you check your delivery while the courier is present to ensure your order is damage free. Failure to do this may negate insurance coverage by the freight forwarder.
We are happy to offer our customers a 15 day money back guarantee should you be in any way unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately, damaged items, with the exception of the pre-approved return of goods damaged in transit to you or manafacturing faults, shall not be accepted. Freight costs incurred for any other items returned to our premises for refund, shall be the financial responsibilty of the purchaser.
Personal customer details shall not be used for any purpose other than to facilitate the processing and despatch of your order. From time to time, generic order information (ie: framing selection, image choice etc) may be used to allow us to better understand market trends and enable us to better service our customers.
